Model AV‑1  ·  Meeting recap unit
Pilot

Every Teams meeting, written down. No audio.
No outside AI.

Aftervoice reads the transcript of each recorded Teams meeting and writes the recap: what was decided, who owns each task, when it's due, what's still open. The language model runs alongside your data, never on an outside AI service, and only the transcript is ever read.

0

Bots in the call. Teams records the meeting. Aftervoice reads the transcript after it ends.

0

Audio files kept. Transcripts only. Voice retention is a switch, and it ships off.

0

Outside AI services. The model runs alongside your data. Nothing is sent to a third-party AI provider.

How it works

Nobody invites a bot. Nobody installs anything. If the meeting was recorded, it gets a recap.

  1. 01END!!

    The meeting ends

Teams finishes its own transcript. Nothing extra joins the call.

  2. 02PULL!

    The transcript is collected

Through Microsoft Graph, limited by a policy your admin controls to the organizers you choose.

  3. 03WRITE

    The recap is written

A language model running alongside your data reads it and writes the summary, decisions, tasks and open questions.

  4. 04SEND!

    The recap goes out

Emailed to the organizer, after their approval if you want it. Tasks can land in Planner.

  5. 05ASK!!

    It's on file

Transcript and recap are archived, where people can ask questions across them.

Scope
Meetings organized by your own users, limited to the organizers in your Teams application access policy. Remove someone from the policy and their meetings stop.
